Ethics in Cipec’s business ensures it’s employees have a good workplace environment. All employees, regardless of position they occupy must always act with the highest principles of respect for others, the Company, the environment and freedom of expression, promoting the common wealth and respect for individual differences.
DEVELOPMENT OF EMPLOYEES
Through training programs, Cipec aims to support the development and specialization of its employees. These programs are tailored to meet the real needs of new knowledge, skills, or even changes in behaviors. The training programs can be internal or external. Cipec also has agreements with universities, which offer special discounts to employees, encouraging the intellectual growth and professional development.
SOCIAL INCLUSION
Cipec promotes social inclusion bringing together the differences. Whenever possible Cipec employs people with special needs to contribute and promote diversity.
SOCIAL PROJECTS
Cipec participates actively in social projects through donations (kindergartens, orphanages, charities), campaigns on special occasions (Easter, Christmas, Children’s Day). Also encourages its employees to become involved in volunteer work.
